Meditate App

This app features several meditation tracks. You must tap on a track which you find easy to chant.

Once you do so, the app begins playing the track and at the same time, it displays the duration for which the app has been playing the track. The app has the option to add tracks in the person’s native language. The Meditate app makes you aware of the meaning of the mantra you’ll chant. It pauses the track automatically when your phone receives a call. This application enables you to set a background picture for the main interface. It also lets you change the color theme. You can configure the Meditate app to play a track repeatedly or for a fixed duration.

Smiling Mind 0 3.7* 300k https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smilingmind.app Android iPhone
Modern meditation, a unique web and app-based program developed by psychologists and educators to help bring balance to people’s lives. Just as we eat well and stay fit to keep our body healthy, meditation is about mental health and looking after the mind. Our mission is to provide accessible, life-long tools based in mindfulness meditation. Our programs are designed to assist people in dealing with the pressure, stress and challenges of daily life. We offer programs for; - 7 - 9 yo - 10 - 12 yo - 13 - 15 yo - 16 - 18 yo - Adults - Sport - Mindfulness in the Classroom - Mindfulness in the Workplace

One of the most interesting things about this app is that it’s not just for adults. The meditation content is sectioned in different age groups. Children as young as 7 can use the app as well as adults of any age. Families are encouraged to create sub accounts so they can manage everything in one app. There’s also a section for educators, at a variety of grade levels, so they can use the meditation exercises in the classroom. Buddhify $3 Android $5 iPhone
Users have access to over 11 hours of custom meditation with buddhify. What’s really unique is that each exercise is tailored to target a specific aspect of your life. Need help going to sleep? The app has you covered. Need help staying offline? Check. Need a work break? It’s here. The tracks range from 5 to 30 minutes. A check-in system lets you evaluate how well you’re meditating and tracks your progress overtime.

Buddhify is actually a pretty weird meditation app that’s making a massive splash because it’s just so… unique? Created specifically for people who don’t have time to dedicate to meditation, Buddhify offers quick, one-and-done sessions that fit specifically into the different areas of your day when you have downtime but don’t necessarily realize it.

You can take sessions based on whether you’re doing something like waking up, or being outside, or eating; walking around; traveling or even hanging out with your significant other. You can time yourself, track stats, meditate with others or simply sit back and let the sessions take their course.

The user-friendly, colorful wheel makes it by far the most unique concept on this list.

I’d also recommend this as one of the most affordable apps, as there are no crazy subscriptions or in-app purchases. Just a one-time $4.99 fee.

A fresh approach to meditation and relaxation, buddhify is a modern approach to clearing your head. Using a wheel to select your current situation, you’re presented with a tailored meditation program. It’s great for catching some headspace at work, winding down to go to sleep and more. A quality option that’s geared towards the modern users, buddhify is well positioned for the modern user.d
