Maintain a healthy weight Practice pelvic floor exercises Avoid bladder irritants, such as caffeine, alcohol and acidic foods Eat more fiber, which can prevent constipation, a cause of urinary incontinence Don't smoke, or seek help to quit if you're a smoker
